Theatre Arts Mackay is your “ one stop shop “ when it comes to an arts education in Mackay with a wide choice of theatrical programs available from baby beginners to pre-professional level…….all under the one roof!! Dance, drama, music, singing, acrobatics, hip hop and tiny tots – you will find it all at TAM.

The aim at Theatre Arts Mackay is to achieve the best results possible whilst also having fun and making friends! Students can choose the pace at which they develop, depending on their motivation. Recreational classes are available for those students who just want to hang out and have fun, whilst for the more serious student there are a host of concert, eisteddfod and examination options for them to pursue in the pursuit of excellence.

Past TAM students have worked professionally all over the world in classical, contemporary and tap companies, with cabarets, on cruise ships, in major musicals, as commercial dancers, as choreographers and as teachers - many of whom are now teaching in the Mackay area.
